The best pasta salad I ever eaten in just 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 g pasta (of your choice)
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 100 g canned corn, drained
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Some fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper, according to your taste
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Boil salted water in a saucepan and cook pasta according to packing instructions. Once cooked, drain them and cool them under cold water.
  2. In a large salad bowl, mix cooled pasta, red pepper dice, cucumber dice, cherry tomatoes cut in half, drained corn, crumbled feta cheese and chiseled basil leaves.
  3. Season the salad with salt and pepper according to your taste. Water with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well to coat them evenly with dressing.
