Cake Fondant aux Pommes et aux Miettes – Fond dans la Bouquet

Ingredients:
- 3 apples
- 200g flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Book.
- In a salad bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Add the eggs and melted butter, then mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Butter and flour a cake pan, then pour a first layer of dough.
- Place the apple slats on the dough and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Sprinkle the top of the cake with butter crumbs and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake the cake for about 30 to 40 minutes, until golden and melted.
- Let cool before demolishing and tasting this delicious apple and crumb-flavoured cake.
