Cake Fondant aux Pommes et aux Miettes – Fond dans la Bouquet

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples
  • 200g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Book.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Add the eggs and melted butter, then mix until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Butter and flour a cake pan, then pour a first layer of dough.
  6. Place the apple slats on the dough and cover with the rest of the dough.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the cake with butter crumbs and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Bake the cake for about 30 to 40 minutes, until golden and melted.
  9. Let cool before demolishing and tasting this delicious apple and crumb-flavoured cake.
