- 100g almonds
- 50g cashew nuts

Instructions:
- Start by mixing dates, almonds and cashew nuts in a food processor until you get a homogeneous texture.
- Add the cocoa powder, coconut oil and the pinch of salt, then continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular mould lined with sulfurized paper and spread it evenly.
- Put the mould in the refrigerator for about 2 hours so that the dessert takes good care.
- Cut the dessert into squares or bars according to your preferences and taste without guilt!
